For the past several years, Butcher & Market has been proud to serve you the finest cuts of grass-fed beef, pasture-raised chicken, heritage pork, fresh pasta, and artisan cheeses. To every customer who trusted us with your family dinners, holiday roasts, and everything in between, thank you.
While our Sawgrass Grove chapter has come to a close, we’re already working on what’s next. Butcher & Market will be back, with the same premium quality, the same knowledgeable team, and the same commitment to local farms and ethical sourcing you’ve come to expect.
